today in history we watched a movie called forest gump. basically, its about some retarded guy named Forest. Dunno why he couldn't be named something cooler like "Jungle," or "Thicket," but it is what it is. the movies like 60 years old or something, so im sort of shocked i havent seen it yet. there were tons of moments that i didnt even realize were from this movie, like "Run forest, run!" that one my mom used to quote all the time and i thought she was just crazy. Maybe she never actually saw forest gump, cuz now that i think about it she never actually showed me the original clip when i asked. she just showed me music.ly videos with the quote in them. maybe the chinese spies over at whats now tiktok were trying to brainwash her into going missing in the forest and getting attacked by a wendigo or skinwalker or whatever theyre called. wouldnt that be a sight. i think if my mom were attacked by a forest spirit of unknown origin she'd survive tho. my moms kind of badass.
